Ontario Works/Ontario Disabilities Support Program Services

Counselling and educational groups are available for individuals who are receiving financial assistance through either the Ontario Works or the Ontario Disability Support Program. The Walk-In Counselling Clinic, Individual Counselling, Couples Counselling, Family Counselling, Family Support Approach, Temper Taming and Community and Family Life Solutions are all accessible to an individual on OW or ODSP.

Referral Process: Referrals are accepted through our Walk-In Counselling Clinic where an intake will be completed. During the intake interview, an immediate 1½ hour session will be offered to address any pressing issues. Alternatively, individuals/couples/families can wait until they can be assigned to a counsellor on an ongoing basis.

Fees: These programs are provided at no cost for individuals/couples/families currently receiving financial assistance through either the Ontario Works or the Ontario Disability Support Program.
