Health-Connect Counselling Partners

KW Counselling is part of Health-Connect Counselling Partners, a collaborative of over 50 family doctors in Waterloo Region and 6 mental health counselling agencies:

• KW Counselling Services ;
• Lutherwood Family Counselling Services ;
• Shalom Counselling Services ;
• Interfaith Community Counselling Centre, New Hamburg and area ;
• Woolwich Interfaith Counselling Centre;
• Family Counselling Centre of Cambridge and North Dumfries .

We deliver a wide range of mental heatlh services for children, youth, and adults including counselling services for indivduals, couples and families.

Referral Process: All referrals for this program are made by your family doctor. To find out of your doctor is a partner of Health-Connect Counselling Partners, please inquire at your doctor's office or contact the Intake Coordinator for Health Connect Counselling Partners at 519-622-1670 ext 125. If you are being referred by your doctor to Health Connect Counselling Partners, you can state a preference for KW Counselling Services or any other partner agency listed above. 

Fees:  Health-Connect Counselling Partners services are provided at no cost for to individuals, couples and families who have been referred through their family doctor. Funding for this program is provided by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care .
