Service Update
Effective November 23, we have suspended all in person counselling sessions while Waterloo Region is at the RED-Restrict Classification on the provincial COVID-19 framework. We continue to provide video and phone counselling.
Free Public Education
Our OK2BME program offers a series of free virtual education sessions on LGBTQ2+ issues including making your business LGBTQ2+ inclusive, parenting gender independent kids, and clinical skills for working with LGBTQ2+ populations.
National Indigenous Peoples Day
As a step towards reconciliation, we acknowledge the truth that we are working on land that is the traditional territory of the Anishnawbe, Haudenosaunee and Neutral Peoples and on the Haldimand Tract which runs almost 10 kilometres deep on either side of the Grand River.
Originally, 950,000 acres were set aside for the Haldimand Tract, but today only approximately 48,000 acres (or 4.9%) remain in the possession of the Six Nations.
